ExplainMyTest

Terms of use

These terms govern use of the automated document-reading, translation, and educational explanation service.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Educational service only

ExplainMyTest is an automated analytical tool, not a doctor, clinic, medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship and does not provide a formal diagnosis, prescription, certified translation, or individualized medical advice.

Medical decisions and emergencies

Do not start, stop, replace, combine, or change a medicine, supplement, dose, test, or treatment because of this service. Treatment examples and dose ranges are discussion material based on readable inputs, not instructions. Verify the original document and discuss the result with a qualified clinician or pharmacist. Seek local emergency care immediately for urgent symptoms.

AI limitations

The result is generated by AI and may be incomplete, mistranslated, outdated, or wrong. Poor scans, missing pages, units, reference ranges, age, pregnancy, medicines, and medical history can materially change interpretation. You remain responsible for checking the source document and obtaining professional advice.

Your data and permission

You may upload only data that you own or are legally authorized to provide. By selecting the separate health-data consent, you expressly authorize processing of the submitted health data and its transfer to configured AI processors solely to produce and improve the requested result. Remove unnecessary names, addresses, identifiers, and unrelated pages before upload.

Accounts, payment, and access

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. A free preview contains limited educational information. A paid pass unlocks the displayed report; test-mode checkout takes no real payment. Production price, taxes, refund rights, and payment-provider terms must be shown at checkout before purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for emergencies, automated clinical decisions, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, impersonation, or to process data without authority. Do not attempt to bypass security or misuse the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for decisions made without professional verification or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated and presented before they apply where required. Mandatory law in your country continues to apply. Questions: support@explainmytest.com.
